Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Thicket Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Thicket Labs provides yoga and meditation instruction, studio facilities, and related wellness services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Class bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting the studio directly. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your package or a fee charged.

Studio Guidelines

All students must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We ask that you:

  • Arrive clean and free from strong fragrances
  • Turn off mobile devices before entering the studio
  • Respect the quiet and peaceful atmosphere
  • Follow instructor guidance for safety
  • Clean up after using any studio equipment

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that yoga and meditation involve physical movement. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class. Practice at your own risk and modify poses as needed for your body.

Payment and Refunds

All class packages and memberships must be paid in advance. Unused classes from packages expire 3 months from purchase date. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All content, sequences, and materials provided during classes are the intellectual property of Thicket Labs. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Thicket Labs shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in our classes. You participate at your own risk.
