You can also book a private session where an instructor can assess your needs and create a personalized introduction to yoga. Remember, your first class at Thicket Labs is complimentary!
Nothing mandatory! We provide mats, blocks, straps, and towels. Just bring yourself and comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to sign in and settle in before class begins.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, change, and prepare mentally for your practice. Class starts exactly on time, and late arrivals may not be admitted.
We understand that schedules change. You can cancel or reschedule classes up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package, or a $15 fee for single-class drop-ins.
