Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Thicket Labs. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please review our refund options below.
Class Packs
Class packs (5-class, 10-class) may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been used
- Pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 3 classes have been used
- No refunds after 30 days or after 3+ classes have been used
Private Sessions
Private session packages may be refunded as follows:
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been completed
- Pro-rated refund within 14 days if fewer than 2 sessions have been completed
- No refunds after 14 days or after 2+ sessions have been completed
Monthly Memberships
For monthly membership subscriptions:
- First month's membership may be refunded within 7 days if no classes have been attended
- Subsequent months may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable
- Cancellation must be requested at least 5 days before the next billing cycle
Specialty Workshops
Workshops and special events have the following refund policy:
- Full refund if the workshop is cancelled by Thicket Labs
- Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event
- 50% refund if you cancel 3-6 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event

Please include your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Medical Refunds
In cases of injury or medical conditions that prevent continued practice, we offer extended refund options. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
